This is an opportunity to join CALHN Pharmacy in a Partnered Pharmacist Medication Prescribing (PPMP) role. You will be working with an established team of PPMP pharmacists in the RAH Emergency Department supported by a clinical assistant to provide clinical pharmacy services to the ED and PPMP for General Medicine admissions.
