The Physiotherapist/Care Coordinator through screening and recruitment in the Emergency Department (ED) is responsible for the delivery of high quality physiotherapy intervention, as well as timely and comprehensive assessment and care coordination of patients with complex needs to facilitate the allocation of hospital and community resources in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
