The position is responsible for coordinating patient access to external specialists and patient access to visiting specialist services. This involves triaging referrals, booking patients to attend their appointments, supporting the clinics on the day, actioning patient follow-up and supporting patients to self-manage in between their clinic visits. The position also implements Maari Ma’s home sleep study service.
