This role oversees the facilitation and delivery of a range of youth initiatives in line with Horsham Rural City Council's Youth Strategy; Leads and supports the Youth team in their work; Manages the facilities, operations, activation and refurbishment of The Station on a day-to-day basis; champion the engagement and empowerment of young people in decision making for youth initiatives in our municipality; Deliver on existing funding initiatives in arts, culture, music and open doors for young people and give them the tools they need to make meaningful contributions and feel valued in their community...
