The Youth Job Coach is responsible for providing intensive person centred case management and mentorship to approximately 50 Transition to Work (TtW) participants, aged 15-24. The role will include undertaking ‘direct employer marketing’, providing individual support and the running of facilitated group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for participants.
