With a patient demographic that includes many families and elderly individuals, the practice currently has six GPs, four male and two female. Due to a recent departure of a fully booked female GP who went overseas, there is a large established patient base waiting for an incoming female GP to take over her caseload. The current female GPs are swamped with demand, and the practice is turning away approximately 40 patients per day.
The practice boasts a very close-knit team, with the GPs having morning tea together every morning. The doctors adopt a collegial approach and are very team-oriented....
