Reporting to the BA Practice Team Leader, the Senior Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role within the Program Management Department & Salesforce Practice. The Senior BA will focus on a range of significant projects, initiatives & BAU tasks delivered by cross-skilled Agile-Scrum based Squads, with simple to high complexity impacts across RACV.
